DCC Files Brief on Healy Gas Exploration with Alaska Supreme Court
Denali Citizens Council has filed its opening brief with the Alaska Supreme Court on the State of Alaska’s Healy Basin Gas Only Exploration License. DCC is asking the court to require the Alaska Department of Natural Resources to revisit the arbitrary decisions made in the Best Interest Finding regarding the area covered by the license and the weakness of required mitigation measures.
